Digital Products All products offered through Dnlxresells are digital products. After a successful payment, the product is delivered immediately and you receive instant access to the content.
Right of Withdrawal Under European consumer protection laws, customers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, because Dnlxresells products are digital products that are delivered immediately after payment, you agree to immediate delivery when completing your purchase. As a result, the legal 14-day withdrawal period expires once the delivery of the digital product has started and access has been granted. By completing a purchase through Dnlxresells, you agree to the immediate delivery of the digital product and confirm that you waive your legal right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
No returns or refunds Because our products are digital and become immediately accessible after purchase, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once:
- the payment has been successfully completed, and
- access to the digital product has been granted.
Role of Dnlxresells Dnlxresells acts as an intermediary and provides access to suppliers and related information. We do not manage or control the external supplier websites ourselves. Any issues with products, orders, shipments, or services provided through an external supplier are the responsibility of the respective supplier and not Dnlxresells. Therefore, Dnlxresells cannot be held liable for problems arising from the services or products of these suppliers.
Payment disputes and chargebacks By making a purchase, you confirm that you agree to this policy. Once an order has been properly delivered and access to the digital product has been provided, there is no right to a refund. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we can demonstrate that:
- the customer agreed to these terms during checkout
- the digital product was properly delivered and made accessible.
